Finding genuine, traditional rural flavors in a high-end area like Baner has become quite difficult these days. But yesterday, I visited 'Hotel Yaa Rawaji' and honestly, after a long time, I had a truly satisfying meal! What I loved (My Experience): • Authentic Punch: The taste of the Mutton Thali is purely homemade. It doesn't have that excessive, artificial spiciness found in many hotels; instead, you get the natural aroma and rich flavor of the spices. • Tamba-Pandhra Rassa: The soul-satisfying taste of the soup (rassa) was the highlight! The best part? They happily serve unlimited refills of the rassa. • Meat Quality: The mutton was cooked to perfection—tender and juicy. With every bite of the bhakri, you could tell the meat was fresh. • Pocket-Friendly: It’s rare to find such high-quality food at such an affordable price in Baner. It didn’t burn a hole in my pocket at all. In short: If you value 'taste' over fancy decor, you must visit this place. This isn't marketing—just a heartfelt recommendation from one foodie to another!
*A Finger-Licking Experience at the Yaa Rawaji Restaurant* I recently had the pleasure of dining at Yaa Rawaji Restaurant, a popular eatery that serves up delicious non-vegetarian delights. As a food enthusiast, I was excited to try their menu and experience the culinary magic. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff, who guided us to our table and offered a refreshing drink. The ambiance was lively, with a modern decor that added to the overall dining experience. We ordered the Anda Thali, which was a star attraction on the menu. The thali was a masterful balance of flavors and textures, featuring a range of egg-based dishes, including scrambled eggs, omelette, and egg curry. Each dish was cooked to perfection, with a depth of flavor that left us wanting more. The Anda Thali was a great representation of the restaurant's commitment to quality and taste. The staff was attentive and friendly, with a smile that put us at ease. They were knowledgeable about the menu and happy to offer recommendations. The service was top-notch, with prompt attention to our needs and a willingness to customize our order to suit our preferences. The menu offers a range of non-vegetarian options, including seafood, chicken, and mutton dishes. The Chicken Tikka Masala was a standout, with tender, juicy chicken in a rich, creamy sauce. The Fish Fry was another favorite, with a crispy exterior and flaky interior that melted in our mouths. What sets Yaa Rawaji Restaurant apart is its commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. The chef's attention to detail and passion for cooking shine through in every dish, making it a must-visit destination for anyone seeking a delicious, satisfying meal. Nice place for lunch and dinner. Food is tasty, serving size optimum and rates are ok. They have thali system as well as ala carte.
Tell us what you ordered and what it cost. Two or three sentences about one dish is more useful to the next person than a star rating.
